Principal/ Creative Director
Abigail Hatton
"I strive to encourage and share the joy of dance with young dancers and aspiring artists. My love for dance has led me to assist the next generation with achieving certified recognition for their talent."

Miss Abby’s impact on the Northern Territory performing arts sector is truly unmatched. As a choreographer and dance teacher, she has made significant contributions to local platforms while also showcasing her talents nationally. Her experience includes teaching and choreographing at various dance studios, leading holiday workshops for Camp Australia, creating the NT State Netball Girls' chant, and serving as the dance teacher and choreographer at MacKillop Catholic College for students in years 7-12. Notably, she is the choreographer for the upcoming production of Mary Poppins, set to premiere in February 2025 with Superstar Productions.

At just 18, Miss Abby founded Certified Academy of Dance, collaborating with the Australia Dance Institute to provide subsidised VET training in the NT. As a mentor to students, she plays a pivotal role in fostering dance education and nurturing the next generation of Territory artists. Now at 21, her dedication to her craft and her significant contributions to the performing arts community equip her with the skills to deliver exceptional training programs for aspiring dancers.
